In order to further strengthen the project management work of Guangxi Huiyu, improve the transparency of the price comparison work, in line with the principles of openness, fairness and justice, we are now conducting an open price comparison for the project of building a platform for unloading hazardous chemicals at Guangxi Huiyu Cereals and Oil Industry Company Limited, and we welcome the participation of qualified units capable of successfully completing the project in the price comparison.

I. Bidding conditions

The project of constructing a dangerous chemical unloading platform has been approved and implemented by Zhongken Guobang Company, and the bidder of the project is Guangxi Huiyu Grain and Oil Industry Co. The project has the conditions for price comparison, and the project is now open for price comparison.

Overview of the project

(I) Project Overview

According to the emergency plan hazardous chemical unloading specification requirements, unloading acid, alkali, solvent lack of unloading platform, there is a hazardous chemical leakage is not collected security risks, Fangchenggang City Safety Committee safety inspections have repeatedly raised this issue and asked for rectification. In order to avoid such safety accidents, it is proposed to build a new unloading platform at the unloading place of acid, alkali and solvent, and make a collection tank around the platform, so that the hazardous chemical leakage will be collected by the collection tank and then gathered to the emergency pool through the pre-set pipeline for unified recovery.

(IV) Scope of work

1. The platform is about 20 meters in length, 4.5 meters in width and 0.4 meters in height, and is cast in concrete. Both sides of the platform make a collection tank of about 500px width, with cast iron cover plate or high-fiber molecular plate on the top, acid- and alkali-resistant tiles on the inside, and pipelines installed at the bottom of the tank so as to recycle the liquid in the collection tank; the platform connects the collection tanks on both sides before and after the platform with thickened steel pipes to ensure that the heavy vehicles with a pressure of more than 40t can go up and down to the platform, and the up and down slopes of the platform on both sides can ensure a reasonable gradient.

2. An emergency pool is excavated on the ground next to the platform, with a capacity of about 2 cubic meters, brick-laid and plastered, for collecting the overflowed hazardous chemicals.
