I. Bidding conditions

Guangxi Huiyu Cereals and Oils Industry Co., Ltd. has been approved to implement the project of socialized operation and maintenance of exhaust gas automatic monitoring facilities by Zhongken Guobang Company, and the source of funds is self-financing of the enterprise.

In accordance with the requirements of the State and autonomous region ecological environment bureau, the state-controlled key pollution source enterprises need to real-time uploading of pollutant emissions, in order to avoid the data risk, need to commission a third-party operation and maintenance company to monitor, responsible for Guangxi Huiyu Cereals and Oils Industry Company Limited exhaust gas pollution source field end of the automatic monitoring facilities for the maintenance and repair, the supply of consumables (pieces) replacement, on-line monitoring instrument calibration calibration, data collection and transmission instrument uploading Data security, instrument consumption reagents and gas supply security, equipment damage or failure repair (including the necessary equipment replacement) and other necessary operation and maintenance work, the signing of the relevant contract period of 1 year.

(D) Scope of work

Ltd. is responsible for the maintenance of the automatic monitoring facilities at the site end of the exhaust gas pollution sources, supply and replacement of consumables, calibration of online monitoring instruments, uploading of data from data collection and transmission instruments, supply and protection of reagents and gases consumed by the instruments, repairing the equipment after it is damaged or malfunctions, and other necessary operation and maintenance work.

(ii) The business scope of valid business license includes environmental protection facility operation service.
