Bidder qualification requirements

1. Business license, organization code certificate, tax registration certificate and account opening license are required.

2. Independent legal personality, business scope includes one of the following:

2.1 professional and technical services. (including one of: electrical machinery testing services / electronic product testing / non-destructive testing / technical services / mechanical technology consulting / exchange services / chemical product testing services / engineering and technical consulting services) / or related to the content of the project;

2.2 There are professional laboratories, test equipment and personnel with appropriate qualifications;

2.3 Enterprises have established professional standards for determining the health status of equipment in the grain and oil industry and provided successful cases (at least 5 cases)

2.4 Be able to provide test reports, summarize and analyze the test results after each test, and be able to predict the health status of the equipment according to the test results, and provide scientific maintenance and lubrication suggestions and maintenance recommendations for the enterprise.

2.5 Have experience of cooperation with at least 2 advanced grain and oil industry units in China within 3 years, and provide a valid contract, as well as provide testing cases (at least 5 cases).

6. Be able to provide lubricant analysis training services, annual summary of the state of the equipment throughout the year and lubrication technology of professional training services at least once.

7. Lubricant analysis should include metal particles, color, viscosity, acid value, cleanliness, moisture, metal element content (iron, copper, aluminum, lead, tin, nickel, manganese, etc.), microscopic analysis.

8. Provide lubricating oil testing oil sampling bottles.
