2. Materials to be provided for registration and registration method

(1) Any unit interested in participating in the comparison bidding, please register by phone from February 28, 2024 to March 3, 2024. The registration time is from 8:30 a.m. to 11:30 a.m. and from 13:00 p.m. to 16:30 p.m. (Beijing time) every day. Units failing to register within the specified time will be disqualified from comparison bidding.

VI. Site visit

The bidder will visit and audit the qualified applicants after the closing of application.

VII. Acquisition of Bidding Order

The qualified bidder will issue quotation after collecting 500 RMB bidding deposit, and the bidding deposit of unsuccessful customers will be returned without interest within 5 working days after the end of public announcement. The successful bidder shall accept the results of the project audit, and subcontracting is not allowed in this project.
