Cafeteria layout design and supporting facilities to meet the requirements of the cafeteria business license, to meet the needs of 130 people dining, and to assist Party A in completing the "Food Business License".

The materials must be provided with qualified certificates or quality certificates when entering the factory. Construction materials to the factory, must be done by the A and B comprehensive acceptance of materials, Party B can only begin to use the materials construction.

(G) construction process technology, technical requirements

1. Basic decoration part

(1) Demolition and modification of the original white earth room converted into cafeteria part

(1) Demolish the original white clay partition and remove the wall putty in the kitchen area;

(2) The activity room is partitioned into a private room with red brick masonry. The new cafeteria is partitioned with red bricks near the side of the activity room to create a cafeteria operation room and a bathroom (two bathrooms and a hand-washing area), and the aisles of the cafeteria operation room and the bathroom are respectively opened with a doorway to the activity room and a doorway on the side to the outdoor area; excavation of the outdoor drainage pipeline of the cafeteria operation room and the bathroom drainage pipeline is connected with the sewage pipe network;

(3) Red-brick partition wall masonry for the cafeteria operation room according to the layout plan of the cafeteria, partitioning out the noodle room, warehouse and rest room;

(4) The floor of the cafeteria operation room and hall is paved with floor tiles after using slag padding of about 500px (slag is provided by the bidder). Cafeteria operation room whole house and bathroom using 300 * 300 floor tiles, an area of about 92 square meters; cafeteria hall floor using 800 * 800 floor tiles, an area of about 371 square meters. The wall of the canteen operation room and the bathroom is plastered with 300*600 ceramic tiles, with an area of about 260 square meters. The whole house in the hall to install skirting, take the form of excavation and concealed installation;

(5) kitchen oil filtering pool using three-stage filtering pool, supporting downpipe system installation; indoor installation of finished drain, using 150 * 150 * 1000mm resin trench and stainless steel cover.

(6) wall and roof repair plaster, putty powder scraping twice, brush alkali primer and net flavor latex paint, an area of about 1360 square meters.

(2) Water and electricity

(1) Responsible for all strong electricity, weak electricity and water circuit reconstruction in the cafeteria, and the main electricity box of the cafeteria is set separately;

(2) Installation of matching ceiling exhaust fan and exhaust pipe in the bathroom and operation room of the cafeteria, and the pipeline is arranged by PVC pipeline of no less than φ160. Drainage pipeline of the whole house adopts PVC pipeline, the main pipe is no less than φ110, and the downspout pipeline is no less than φ50; the water supply pipe adopts no less than φ25PPR pipe, and is remodeled by open installation.

(3) The bathroom is equipped with squatting toilet and shower system as required.

(4) The lighting in the hall and kitchen meets the lighting requirements, and the lighting in the private room adopts 8CM downlights and light strips.

(5) The interior is equipped with fire indicator, fire channel indicator, mosquito lamp and lighting as required.

(3) Decoration works

(1) the removal of rolling shutters and windows into floor-to-ceiling window area of about 26 square meters, using 5mm tempered glass and aluminum alloy frame, three-rail profiles with steel screen; the hall of the new two floor-to-ceiling glass and floor pop-up door area of about 39 square meters, the use of black titanium gold frame, 10mm tempered glass, glass door floor spring supporting.

(2) The kitchen takes the mouth of the aluminum alloy glass sliding windows and stone countertops, sliding windows using 50 double-track aluminum alloy profiles, 5mm tempered glass, stone countertops using artificial stone countertops, the front side of the thickened edge, to do the edge grinding treatment.

(3) The kitchen door adopts Grade A anti-theft door; the warehouse door, the door of the package room, the door of the rest room adopts steel set door; the bathroom and the noodle room adopts aluminum alloy door with toughened glass door.

(4) The ceiling of kitchen and bathroom is installed with light steel keel aluminum button board ceiling area of about 92 square meters, of which the kitchen adopts 600*600*0.6 aluminum button board and the bathroom adopts 300*300*0.5 aluminum button board. Hand washing area to do 1.8 artificial countertops, brand ceramic basin, silver mirror countertops

(5) the package room shed roof to do double gypsum board secondary ceiling, an area of about 120 square meters, the package room floor window installation curtain box.

2. Purchase and installation of cafeteria equipment

The interior of the cafeteria is equipped with cooking area equipment, pastry room equipment, food selling room equipment, dishwashing room equipment, hall equipment and corresponding tableware to meet the needs of 130 people. The equipment requirements for each area are as follows:
