III. Bidder qualification requirements

1. The tender requires the construction party to have independent legal personality, with qualifications such as grease engineering equipment manufacturing or technical service or electromechanical engineering construction or professional maintenance unit, and with maintenance capacity corresponding to this tender.

2. The performance of the construction party: at least three outsourcing maintenance performance in the grain and oil industry in the past three years (performance amount of more than 100,000 yuan, provide a copy of the contract, a copy of the VAT invoice or a copy of the acceptance report).

3. Enterprises with a good reputation in the industry, such as industrial and commercial inquiries about the existence of corporate credit information, etc., will be disqualified from registration.

4. Requirements for project manager qualification: with grain and oil industry installation experience (based on contract performance).

5. Requirements for the qualification of construction personnel: special operators, must be licensed (such as climbing, welders, electricians, etc.).
