(1) repair the total drainage pipe 36 observation wells (of which 18 wells need to be re-masonry to replace the observation wells, four collapsed locations in the farmland to restore, and the rest of the base re-masonry and plastering treatment.) and four collapsed locations in the farmland, backfilling (no backfill soil on site, Party B needs to contact the soil source for backfilling on its own);

2) Replacement of existing observation wells and installation of well covers;

(3) Communicate with farmers about construction issues and provide a negotiated compensation agreement with farmers;

4. Quotation method: two rounds of quotation. In order to ensure the seriousness of the offer, the unit whose first-round offer is higher than the average price of the round by more than 50% will be disqualified from the second round of offer, and the second-round offer shall not be higher than the first-round offer.

VI. Site visit

The bidder will conduct on-site inspection and audit for the qualified bidders after the application is closed.

VII. Bidding deposit and bidding document acquisition

1. 5,000.00 RMB bidding deposit will be collected from qualified bidders and bidding documents will be issued free of charge.

2. Refund of bid deposit. The project demand department is responsible for collecting the performance bond, etc. After the bidding commissioner receives the contract signed between the demand department and the successful bidder, the integrity contract (integrity agreement) and the certificate of responsibility signed by the project manager, he/she submits the workflow of "Request for Fund Approval" and returns the bidding deposit of the bidding unit without interest.
