1. Project overview: Procurement of crushing rollers for Bei'an prepreg workshop.

2. Scope of comparison: 3 pairs of long and short shaft rollers totaling 6, 5 teeth per English crushing rollers.

3.Technical requirements:

(1) Size of crushing roll: Φ305*1830mm; 3 pairs of each long and short shaft; 5 teeth per inch;

(2) Casting process: centrifugal casting;

(3) Material: cold hard alloy cast iron, with the certificate of origin issued by the European Community is preferred.

(4) All crushing rolls are tested by fully automatic 3D ultrasonic flaw detection and dynamic balancing, in which the dynamic balancing quality level is to meet the standard of G3.15 under the crushing roll's 600rpm speed, and provide the test report of the equivalent type of rolls to achieve this dynamic balancing level. It is necessary to provide the model of the testing equipment and physical photos.

(5) All crushing roller products are tested for drawing parameters by OFT tooth detector after drawing and provide OFT tooth detector report; (the model number of OFT tooth detector used for testing and physical photos are required)

(6) Thickness of alloy layer: ≥25mm;

(7) Hardness of alloy layer: 480-530HB;

(8) Shaft head quality: tempered heat-treated 42CrMo4 material, hydraulically assembled, including bushings, the shaft head is not easy to wear and bending.

(9) Performance requirements:From 2021 to 2023, at least supporting Roskamp crusher performance 5 different customers, (Roskamp 12 × 72 model crusher), 6 and above each additional 1 customer, increase 1 point. All must provide a copy of the contract, reflecting the contract date.

(10) Recommended Spanish Bailey, Germany YiLe, Guangzhou XingKun or equivalent quality brand.

 3. Quotation method: take two rounds of quotation. The first round of quotations higher than the average price of the round of more than 50% of the unit, the second round of quotations disqualified, the second round of quotations shall not be higher than the first round of quotations.
