I. Conditions of solicitation

Bidding project name for the replacement of fire automatic control system project, the project bidder for Guangxi Huiyu Cereals and Oil Industry Co. The project has the bidding conditions, now the project is open bidding.

II. Project overview

(i) Project overview

Replace all smoke sensors, temperature sensors probes and hand-annunciation buttons in the prepreg second line, refining second line and packing section, and re-lay the lines, and install temperature sensors and smoke sensors in the office building; and install fire broadcasting system in the whole plant, which is connected with the fire fighting mainframe computer to ensure the normal operation of the fire fighting mainframe computer.

(III) Technical program

This project contains procurement, construction and office building fire line design, and the cooperative units shall be confirmed through bidding, and the requirements shall be met as follows:

1. The original fire control signal lines, temperature sensors and smoke sensors of the pre-impregnation section, refining section and packaging section shall be replaced according to the original fire protection drawings.

2、After the construction is completed, all lines and probes are connected with the fire-fighting host and realize the linkage of automatic control system.

3、Provide fire protection design drawings of office building part, paper version and electronic version.

(IV) Design requirements

The prepreg section, refining section and packaging section are re-replaced according to the original drawing lines, and the office building needs to be re-designed with lines in line with the Code for Fire Protection in Building Design (2018 Edition), the Electrical Design Standards for Civil Buildings (GB51348-2019), the Code for the Design of Automatic Fire Alarm Systems (GB50116-2013), and the relevant information and requirements of the construction unit.

（六）施工过程工艺、技术要求

Pre-preg section, refining section, packaging section according to the original fire electrical wiring drawings for re-replacement construction, materials, equipment models to comply with "(e) the requirements of pre-construction into the plant equipment and materials", the office building electrical wiring needs to be re-designed lines, the design specifications should be in line with the "Code for Fire Protection in Building Design (2018 Edition)", "The Electrical Design Standards for Civil Buildings (GB51348-2019), Design Code for Automatic Fire Alarm Systems (GB50116-2013), and relevant information and requirements of the construction unit. All lines should be connected to the company's micro fire station to realize the control linkage of fire automatic control system.

(VII) Safety operation requirements and safety assessment

1、Construction site safety management

Set up a special operation protection area and mark it with a cordon. When entering the factory, you must wear safety helmet, goggles, anti-smash shoes, prohibit carrying fireworks, and comply with the safety regulations and requirements of the company.

2、Temporary electricity safety management

Risks: leakage, electric shock

Preventive measures: Temporary electricity work must be approved before operation. The cable is well insulated to ensure good zeroing or grounding. The construction unit site is equipped with standard distribution box, and equipped with qualified meter, construction power from the distribution box, each electrical equipment using a separate switch, strict use of three-stage power distribution, secondary protection, line inspection, do a good job of protection. All electrical equipment line installation and commissioning, maintenance by the electrician is responsible for.

3、High work

Risk: fall from height

Preventive measures: the construction site is divided into work areas, non-operators are strictly prohibited from entering. Operators must wear five-point safety belts, hanging safely in a firm and reliable place, and set up a person to monitor. If you need to build scaffolding, scaffolding must be firmly and stably built, and timely clean up the workpiece and scattered items on the scaffolding to prevent falling and injury.

4、Construction fire operation

Risks: fire, dust combustion

Preventive measures: thoroughly clean up the dust on site before construction work, use reciprocating saws and other cutting tools that don't produce high temperature and open flame to carry out the work, and have someone on site to supervise the work.

(H) Other requirements

The construction shall not cause pollution to the construction site and the surrounding environment, and the construction unit shall be responsible for environmental accidents caused by the disposal process.

IV. Bidder qualification requirements

1. The bidder is required to have an independent legal personality; and

2. Fire protection facilities engineering professional contracting qualification; and

3. Provide at least one fire fighting construction performance in the past three years.

VII. Field visits

IX. Bid bond payment
